UX Designer - mobile flows (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Cedar Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
