UX Designer - mobile flows (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Oak Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
