UX Designer - mobile flows (Hartford, CT)

Westbrook Glen Health is a healthcare provider in Hartford with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
