UX Designer - mobile flows (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
