UX Designer - mobile flows (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Amber Medical Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
