UX Designer - mobile flows (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Nest Financial Partners is a financial-services company in Fresno, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
