UX Designer - mobile flows (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Wren Transit Planning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around route schedules that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
