UX Designer - mobile flows (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Fresno caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
