UX Designer - mobile flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Quill Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
