UX Designer - mobile flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Fort Worth producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
