UX Designer - mobile flows (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Ivory Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 378 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests.
