UX Designer - mobile flows (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Quill Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
