UX Designer - mobile flows (El Paso, TX)

Summit Linden Health is a healthcare provider in El Paso with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
