UX Designer - mobile flows (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Iron Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
