UX Designer - mobile flows (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Bright Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around El Paso with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
