UX Designer - mobile flows (Detroit, MI)

Westbrook Ashton Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Detroit serving households and small businesses, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 499 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in branch operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
