UX Designer - mobile flows (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Summit Early Learning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 946 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in licensing records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
