UX Designer - mobile flows (Detroit, MI)

Nova Pike Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Detroit, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
