UX Designer - mobile flows (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Des Moines with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
