UX Designer - mobile flows (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Denver, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
