UX Designer - mobile flows (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Denver producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 660 people based in Denver. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
