UX Designer - mobile flows (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Community Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Denver. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around volunteer shifts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
