UX Designer - mobile flows (Denver, CO)

Amberfield Clear Health provides primary and specialty care in Denver, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 339 people based in Denver. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
