UX Designer - mobile flows (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Dallas with claims and service teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
