UX Designer - mobile flows (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Nest Financial Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in loan applications. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
