UX Designer - mobile flows (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Stone Arts Center is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around volunteer programmes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
