UX Designer - mobile flows (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline River Press is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
