UX Designer - mobile flows (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Ashton Health runs clinics and patient services around Colorado Springs, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
