UX Designer - mobile flows (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Cleveland caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
