UX Designer - mobile flows (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Cleveland serving households and small businesses, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
