UX Designer - mobile flows (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Union Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Cincinnati, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
