UX Designer - mobile flows (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Corner Medical Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
