UX Designer - mobile flows (Chicago, IL)

Clearpath River Markets Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
