UX Designer - mobile flows (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Bright Nest Financial and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
