UX Designer - mobile flows (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Corner Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Charlotte. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around customer complaints that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in customer complaints. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
