UX Designer - mobile flows (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Holdings provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Charleston, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in loan files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
