UX Designer - mobile flows (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Lakeside Arts Center is an arts centre in Charleston with a full calendar of events, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around visitor services that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in visitor services. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
