UX Designer - mobile flows (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Kestrel Press is a printer and publisher in Charleston serving local and national clients. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around press runs that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in press runs. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
