UX Designer - mobile flows (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Holdings and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 953 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
