UX Designer - mobile flows (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in learning materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
