UX Designer - mobile flows (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cobalt Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 804 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
