UX Designer - mobile flows (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Summit Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
