UX Designer - mobile flows (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Cobalt Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Boston, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
