UX Designer - mobile flows (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Ridge Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
