UX Designer - mobile flows (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Press and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Boston. What you will do • Design for tasks around press runs that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
