UX Designer - mobile flows (Boise, ID)

Northwind Glen Health is a healthcare provider in Boise with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Boise. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
