UX Designer - mobile flows (Boise, ID)

Nova Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Boise, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around tuition and subsidies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
