UX Designer - mobile flows (Boise, ID)

Redstone Ember Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in loan applications. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
