UX Designer - mobile flows (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Bright Cedar Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
