UX Designer - mobile flows (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sparrow Arts Center Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around visitor services that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in visitor services. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
